ABOUT ME


It is my passion to bring ease, relation and calmness to your body mind and breath, through Hatha yoga, sound therapy, breathwork and meditation.

I have been a holistic therapist for nearly 30 years and practicing yoga for 25. I found my passion for yoga and sound therapy and the way they transform your sleep, thoughts, energy and wellbeing and love to share this passion with others.

Sister Circles

Join me at the monthly New Moon Sister Circles for connection, inspiration, support and relaxation. Each month there will be a different healing modality eg. EFT, cord cutting, mala necklace meditation. We will be journaling, using essential oils, sound healing, manifesting and releasing techniques to allow us be be more connected to ourselves and each other.

Yoga and Meditation 6 week course

In person group classes held weekly for 6 weeks. These courses focus on different themes each course eg. Back pain, balancing the chakras, hips and lower back. Hatha yoga is a gentle but very effective type of yoga that releases tension, holding patterns, trauma and stress from the mind and body.

Each class is followed by a guided deeply soothing meditation to relax the mind and calm the nervous system.

Full Moon Sound Healing and Sacred Ceremony

Full Moon sound healing and energy cleansing events. These sessions are amazing for restoring and rebalancing mood, stress levels creating a feeling of deep relaxation. Shifting negative energy and experiences from your body and mind.

Smudging with white sage to cleanse your energy for the evening. Sacred Full Moon Ritual, individual Crystal Chakra Balancing followed by a soul soothing Sound Healing to calm, relax and restore. Leaving you feeling amazing!

Selfcare

Taking time out for yourself can sometimes be seen as a luxury or something you do when all the other responsibilities get done…. housework, paperwork and looking after everyone else. I’ll let you into a secret……… there is always going to be a list of things “to do” and you never get to the end of it. Sad, but true! The only way to have some time out for you is to make you a priority every day.

Book your selfcare into your day just like you book your hair and dentist appointments. This needs to become a daily practice for you to have the energy to look after everyone else and do everything you need to do. Make yourself a priority as no one else will.

This can be a walk in nature, yoga class, a run, a guided meditation, listening to your favourite podcast. Find something which gives your mind and body a rest, a boost or energises you. Sometimes just simply sitting down with a cup of tea, sounds very simple but gives you time with your thoughts to regroup and reset, instead of drinking on the run or whilst you are doing something else. Allow whatever you do to allow you to be present in the moment!
